Join our team as a Psychiatrist (Clinical Director), working with a dynamic and highly professional group of staff in a small, state-of-the-art, inpatient psychiatric treatment facility that provides excellent care for adults with a variety of behavioral health conditions. With only 16 beds, this Community Behavioral Health Hospital in Rochester offers an array of services in a community based setting. Our mental health treatment and programming utilizes a person-centered framework. We routinely involve the patient, their family and multiple community resources in treatment planning and implementation. The interdisciplinary treatment team is robust, and includes a psychiatrist, advanced practice registered nurses, nurses, a psychologist, social workers, and rehabilitation therapists. This hospital is part of a network of 6 small behavioral health hospitals located throughout the state, and with that you will enjoy collaboration with colleagues. Work with your patients for an average of 30 days, and help to transition their care to a robust outpatient system of services in the area.

- State of Minnesota medical license - or ability to obtain a State of Minnesota medical license.
- Completion of a fellowship program and board certified as psychiatrist in a sub-specialty.
